RIP Guy N Smith. That's an artist, right there and I don't think not many people would match his level of skill in illustration.

That's Larry King gone from covid. The fierce interviewer and spokesman was known for his talk show and outspoken views and opinions, especially during the 1990s. I think he should have gone a better way like everyone else. RIP Larry King.

R.I.P. Diego Maradona He was still going and still going strong, did you know he went after a game developer for taking his likeness without his permission in a video game in 2017? It was in the news. www.BBC.co.uk/news/newsbeat-39454187I think the developer taken it down in a patch or something. They must have thought, he didn't play video games or something. Diego went out of his way to sue. I'm not joking, I know it seems funny but it is serious. Some money hungry developers, especially this developer who is known for struggling in the gaming industry, if anyone wants to look them up. This developer went out of their way to take his likeness to try to make more money and Diego wasn't happy about it. Even after his retirement, he was active and treasured what he did. That's how much heart he had of his career.

Maybe a bit belated but John Saxon died earlier this month in July. He was well known to play Roper in Enter The Dragon, alongside Bruce Lee. He later went onto appear in movies in more obscrue movie roles such as appearing in A Nightmare on Elm Street and Beverly Hills Cop III and continued making films once in a while, during the last decade. RIP John Saxon

RIP. I don't think I have the strong words to explain how much of a great actor he was. This roles in films have made the films, what they were. Again, RIP Sean Connery!

Rest In Peace. He did some interesting TV specials here in the U.S. exposing the tricks so called psychics etc. use. I'm surprised there were even shows over the premise and they were extremely popular. It blows my mind how the "psychics" even continue and stand there, slowly snaking their way out of being exposed and failing the test they signed up, too. Yeah, it was great!

www.BBC.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-54642107Known for devoting his life to exposing fake psychic and other paranormal powers. The Magician James Randi offered a $1 million challenge who would take this tests to approve that the claimant has psychic and supernatural like powers. To this date, no one ha s claimed the money, despite taking the test, to prove to the world that those who've claimed such power are frauds in what they were trying to claim. James Randi had died on the 20th October 2020.

They may as well have renamed this entire season as Minder in the 21st Century! Minder reboot was just a soft term for it.

Bugsy Malone, Pink Floyd: The Wall, Evita, Angela's Ashes. I was hooked on all those movies, which he had heavily involvement making. RIP Alan Parker.
I have so many people talking about Pink Floyd: The Wall. I'm not fond of them but that movie make Pink Floyd look so good.
With Bugsy Malone. I was part of a school play of the movie. I got a role playing one of the characters of the play from the movie, so that was fun, being part of. I wasn't sure what the mvoie was and I had taken the time to see how the real Bugsy Malone was. I would see why the teachers were fond of the idea. Couldn't have got into drama and had experience without Sir Alan Parker's original movie. I don't know what to really say about that.

It's maybe worth noting that they take the Arlberg version of the Orient-Express route and not the original route that starts in Paris and into Munich. The route that starts from London into Paris but goes into Zurich and other countries and not to the original Orient-Express route that heads into Istanbul via Munich. Either way, seeing where Arthur and Terry get off at the end, shows maybe they weren't going to feature the later trips. They've cleverly cut the later trips. It must have been the joke to begin with, to see who knew about the original Orient Express routes to begin with, as Minder is a comedy after-all. Reference: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orient_Express#RoutesAlso worth noting that Arthur and Terry took the Cornwall version of the Orient Express too westy . You make interesting points though, good information I think it was meant to be like a crooked route, for a joke, to poke at any fans of the actual route, to make them feel like they knew better. I mean the other villain like characters were meant to be forgotten about, so what better way then to put them on an extreme fictional version of the express. Also with this, with what jno posted, with it being signed, to sign something that isn't part of the actual world it's in, to make whoever signed it, not to care so much about the express service itself. It was clearly for fun from their end. Interesting at least: Meanwhile over on propmasters.net this seems to have sold - I swear I didn't buy it... signed by 28 different members of the cast and crew it seems to be the same one they use on the train.

She was a star and a very classy lady. Tragic. RIP Please watch 'Minder On The Orient Express' asap - what an actress. Was she the one of the left in this screen? I'm sure it's her. To this day, I still laugh and enjoyed how she portrays her, as she parodies the character in the original Orient Express. Yeah, she was great! Agreed, considering how much the film industry as discreetly pushed him in the film Legend for the whole world to know, that is more important then the glamour the Krays put when they spotlight was on them. Where's the glamour in spending most of your life in nick/Broadmoor? Ditto Franke Fraser, "Charles Bronson" and all the other loser scrotes. Don't get it all. I mean before they were nicked, as the Krays were known to soak the glamour, yet got carried away with what they did, which got them nicked. Of course it shouldn't deattaract away from Nipper's hard work considering the Krays were known for being violent, ruthless and being feared, with Nipper taking on the effort to get them behind bars. Nipper was also said to be "too short to be a Policeman" and he went out of this way to go after the Krays, who were known for being tall and even known for beating up an army sergeant at one point of their lives, so it was almost like Nipper was being out-powered and no chance, going after and pulling away the Krays, seeing how many already feared going against the Krays in the first place. I'm sure everyone at the time knew that. That's why I'm giving a huge RIP to Read.

Without him, the Krays wouldn't have sought help and be aware they lives would be made great into movies we all know about, or it would have been lost forever. I'd be quite happy for their lives to have been consigned to the dustbin of history. Pair of vicious psychopathic thugs - the only value their biographies have are as some kind of warning to society at large. Still, they loved their old mum, they only hurt their own, you could leave your front door unlocked when Ronnie and Reggie owned the manor etc etc
Read is the hero of this particular story, not the two murderous goons he put away.
Agreed, considering how much the film industry as discreetly pushed him in the film Legend for the whole world to know, that is more important then the glamour the Krays put when they spotlight was on them. Looking at the IMDB on the movie Legend and how they've managed to bill Nipper as the character in the film, after the Krays and not make him like a supporting character, that tells me something:

Life just has a way of carrying on the violence on the streets and it needs to be contained and that energy placed into other mediums, such as film. RIP Leonard "Nipper" Read.

RIP for her and the two other previous contestants of Love Island. Not a fan of the show myself but then Caroline Flack presented The Xtra Factor and post-2000 Gladiators, so maybe all that energy gone, so really RIP for her, for all of that presenting. Love Island getting in the way, maybe free advertising for them, which doesn't seem so good.
