Very sad news.
Worzel Gummidge, is one of my all time favourite children's TV programmes, I also have fond memories of Watching Una, in Give Us a Clue.
Apart from Aunt Sally, Una also played two other memorable characters - Rita (daughter of Alf Garnett) and Mrs. Hudson.
R.I.P. Una Stubbs.

Was reading that she was married to Nicky Henson in the early 70s.
George from 'Bury my half at Waltham Green' & Basil's nemesis in Fawlty Towers etc.
She also appeared in a 1979 Fawlty Towers episode. I was thinking she must have been in a Minder at some stage. But surprisingly she wasn't.

Sad news indeed, she always appeared to be a very nice, prim and proper lady. As mentioned, she was very good as the Garnetts daughter and as Aunt Sally but I remember her mostly from 'Give Us A Clue', Una and Lionel as team Captains used to get right into it and give it their all . RIP.

Very sad news. I loved Una Stubbs in everything she did. A very talented and versatile actress. Did anyone see the comedy film Golden Years (2016) about a group of pensioners who set about robbing country banks? She was superb in that. I think we've lost someone very special. RIP Una. I echo the comments made above about Una's talent & versatility. And in the 1960s-70s, she seemed younger than she actually was.
Before her marriage to Nicky Henson, she was married to Peter Gilmore. Peter's subsequent wife, Anne Stallybrass, also died recently.
Some BBC News bulletins seemed to be airbrushing Una's role in the Alf Garnett comedies, possibly as they are now considered un-PC.
R.I.P. Una Stubbs.

An all round class act with an impressive (and highly varied) list of credits to her name. She'll be sadly missed.
RIP Dear lady

Una seemed to have one of those rarest of gifts of somehow being contemporary no matter what age she was or what she was in. Very talented actress and one heck of a dancer. Seemed like in the last fifteen years of her life people really started to realize how wonderful she was despite being nothing less than brilliant in everything I have ever seen her in. Her dance routine with Anthony Newley in an episode of The Strange World of Gurney Slade was great as well.
