Caine. No contest. I said, no contest. He appears to be a good bloke as well. Sean "smack my bitch up" Connery continually spouts for Scottish independence......whilst living in Marbella or Bahamas.

Connery by a country mile. Caine is a fine actor but his love of a certain political party means I couldn't vote for him. Sean does pay tax in Scotland/UK by the way, but I don't like the love Scotland stay abroad shyte.

I am tempted to cry foul on this one since I like both of them. Because of the James Bond movies I have to go with Sean.

Caine for me. No matter what the role, he always gets it right imo.
The only thing he can't do on-screen is snog a woman. Whenever he's kissing he looks so false.

Probably because he's so besotted with Shakira. A real love story there.

Caine, ofcourse. Never could stand Connery; far too smug; and of limited ability.

Michael Caine has a much wider and varied body of work. A fair amount of dross but a lot more good stuff. I would vote for him just for 'Get Carter' anyway.

Caine is a pure legend, that has such an amazing body of work and it still keeps coming even now. Connery had sort of gone from my mind, although rather flukely I was watching The Rock on one of those freeview channels last night which re-ignited a bit of the love for him.

Does that entitle him to any free stuff?

Does that entitle him to any free stuff? Hedgehogs. No idea, perhaps a free noggin of Sanatogen from the theatre chiller room.

Caine who comes across generally more likeable and down to earth. Connery could be a very fine actor and he showed at various times there was a lot more to him than 007.
