When Dandy Nichols passed away she was a tough actress to follow as a foil to Warren Mitchell's Alf Garnett but the producers new what they were doing by employing Carmel McSharry she was able to make Mrs. Hollingbury a well remembered feisty character that could stand up to Alf. I have never seen Beryl's Lot (but would like to) and being a Yorkshire Television production I'm surprised Network DVD haven't released it, one can only presume that there must be a rights issue as it apparently exists complete in the archives. R.I.P
