Down in the tube station at midnight because of the lyrics. Some great B sides as well such as tales from the riverbank, butterfly collector, Liza Radley. Lucky enough to see them live twice in 1980. Couldn't get tickets after that due to their popularity.

That's Entertainment, The Bitterest Pill, 2 of my favourites, but too many excellent singles to pick from.

For those of you on twitter there's a #TheJamWorldCup which is interesting to say the least and shows how wide a fan base the band still have and why we all have our different favourites. My favourite Ghosts is looking at an early elimination.

We have 'The Eton Rifles' in my band's set list at the moment, that's right up there for me.

I voted for this poll years ago, but don’t think I commented. A very tough choice. Thats Entertainment and Down In The Tubestation at Midnight are the most iconic, but not so strong singles. Strange Town was my vote, as it just flows so well, I preferred Dreams of Children to Going Underground, likewise Precious over Town Called Malice. The closest others to Strange Town were Absolute Beginners, another belter that just flows so brilliantly, and the Beatles (Taxaman) influenced Start!

Hope no one minds but thought I could sneak this one in and post your thoughts on it. (if not then I can remove it) I quite like it. Micky P Kerr - That's Entertainment 2020

"Going Underground", one of their best known songs.

I think their early stuff has a great sound as a three piece but the addition of the brass and added backing vocals make this track what it is
