Yup, a very sad day. John Bradbury probably isn't as well known as Lemmy, but an excellent drummer in a group full of great musicians. To complete the 3, Paul Walden, aka Guru Josh, the guy behind the early 90s hit "Infinity" has also died aged 52. Infinity was a tune which most people of a certain vintage adore. A great tune to end a night out back in the day.

In my ignorance I must confess to not knowing the name (only from Minder episode 8.1). If The Specials come on though, fair play they were a great band and one of the few who have tunes I am patient enough to listen to with interest from start to finish, even if I don't know them.
As for 'Guru Josh' - this is also pretty sad. That track 'Infinity' was played EVERYWHERE when I started hitting pubs in 1990 when I turned 16. The track was brought back and re-released some years later. It is a simplistic tune, released at a time with a sound that made it a killer anthem at the time.
RIP both.
NOTE: changed thread title to include both.

Re: Guru Josh. Sorry to hear this. I didn't know. As you mention jno, 'Infinity' was a startling good dance/rave track that very much epitomises its time. It has reminded me that the singer of Urban Cookie Collective (notably 'The Key The Secret' from 1993), a lady called Diane Charlemagne, recently passed away aged 52. 90s pop stars dying....
