Sorry to hear about this, just saw it here didn't know. Talented musician and performer, did a lot with the Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band in the 1960s. I also remember the Innes Book of Records, but I suppose he would be mostly remembered for the Rutles. Did the music for Monty Python films. Very sad.

Sorry to hear this. I have never been a fan of anything Monty Python but I loved the Raggy Dolls as I used to watch it with my boys.

I also remember the Innes Book of Records Yes, I do as well - it was his own TV show with musical sketches, which IIRC was on BBC2 c.1980. I hadn't heard of him at the time, but I happened to catch an edition of the show and enjoyed it. Later I got to know of the Bonzos, Python, Rutles etc. R.I.P. Neil Innes
