This Death Match has been inspired by several comments in the Callan thread. Where some hardcore fans have even stated that they feel it should be compulsory that forum members own the adventures of David Callan on disc. If yes, good for you, you're already part of The Section and if you're lucky Liz might even bring you a cup of weak tea laced with bromine and a digestive biscuit later. If not, why not? Maybe you just haven't got round to buying it yet in spite of Notwork's endless sales, or maybe your a defector? Show's not good enough to grace your shelves eh? You'd better start explaining your actions sunshine or it's time for an appointment with Snell, see what truths he can carve out of you. As suggested by: The Callan Thread.

I've not got round to getting 'Wet Job' yet but I've got colour, monochrome and This Man Alone. I quite like the documentary.

I had Daz down as a possible defector, especially when you take into account some of the funny notions and ideas he has, but it turns out he’s Section. Maybe he could be a double agent? Hmm... A yellow file for now methinks.

Have all Callan ... Umbrella releases. Good man jno, probably only joined the section on the promise of free tea and digestives but either way discs are discs. Are the prints on the Umbrella releases any good? Section are going well here.

Are the prints on the Umbrella releases any good? Section are going well here. Honestly due to lack of time I think one of them might still be shrink wrapped after about 5+ years?! Thus, for now I can't promise info on prints. P.S. I also own the two Umbrella Paul Temple releases, the second one of which is rarer than rocking horse wotsit - and I have a certain forum member to thank for that. Btw, I also own an original TV Times supplement, the Pixley book and an original framed (did it myself) Callan cinema quad poster - this will soon be on the wall of my new man cave I am currently fixing up. It looks like this: www.pastposters.com/details.php?prodId=19450

I have the U.K. Monochrome episode set and the two sets of color episodes released in the U.S. giving me all the surviving episodes. Anyone member who doesn't own any of Callan should be visited by Toby Meres.

I am pretty sure Studio Canal don't own the rights to the movie so it probably won't be on Network's radar. A shame because the film is crying out for a BD release.

Lee is put in a red file, and the red file goes into the filing cabinet with the words ‘dirty little traitors’ Dymo taped to the top drawer.

Trying to show off with your flashy talk of TV Times and original quad posters... You’re a proper little Meres you are aren’t you.

I'm open to being a double agent if the price is right through.

I've got the black and white series and film on DVD, plus a shnide copy of the colour series. Also have the Ben Miles narrated R4+ adapatation of Red File for Callan/A Magnum for Schneider. Read all the novels plus the first collection of short stories. I own an ex-library copy of Bonfire Night which I acquired during a dangerous mission to the local National Trust bookshop.
Will probably get Wet Job at some point but it's a low priority target - yellow file only.

I also had bootleg copies of black & white Callan episodes on VHS from the EQ/EW US fan club which I was a member of, (yes, that's 'The Equalizer' fan club of which I was a member Arch ), who were very pro Callan too. I have a copy of the 1988 Hitchcock 'Hunted' that I got from this fan club too. Any bonus points at the section for these?

I dunno about bonus points within The Section, it sounds to me more like something Lonely might get his light fingers on. Therefore you have now achieved the status of 'Lonely'. Well done jno. What's that Lonely? You'd like to help us but you're out on bail.. Oh dear, never mind.
