Gutted. Not the best band or the best guitarist, BUT the classic liner-up were bl*ody loud. They don't make 'em like that anymore! No Sleep Till Hammersmith, whilst poorly produced, is a belter that NEEDS to be played at 11. Godspeed Eddie. Lemmy and Phil are in good company again. The bomber flies again.
I think this is the first band* where ALL the original members have died. Even Lynyrd Skynyrd couldn't do that!
*Viola Beach don't count.

The definitive Motorhead guitarist. I like the Larry Wallis and Bryan Robertson albums, but there was something about Fast Eddie that was just right for the band. Always highly entertaining when he appeared in Motorhead documentaries talking about his time with the group.
