Scampi fries are amazing ! . Only problem is the packs are too small. They would make a killing if they did a 140g size I think. My honorary mention goes to nice and spicy Nik Naks ( The Orange pack) BTW today for lunch I had some Guinness Rich Chilli crisps, they are made by Burts. The idea is a good one, alas they don't seem chilli at all, and the Guinness flavour is fairly muted. Hopefully they bump up the flavour a bit more and I would be buying them all the time. Have you seen those Nik Nak rip offs Aldi do HP? They are called Nibbley Nobblies, or summat. Come in 80g packs. Nice N Spicy flavour and Rib N Saucy flavour. Except they’re called Saucy and Spicy. Just like Nik Naks but in massive packets. Scampi Fries should come in massive packets. Agreed.

Alas there is no aldi near me Arch Stanton, or else I would def check them out
Scampis rule, but the real problem is you also have to buy 3 of the Bacon ones in order to get 3 Scampi's and as great as the Scampi is, the bacon ones are IMHO terrible, wayyy too greasy . Why cant they give the punters what they want ! either 6 packs of scampi or big `140g packs.

Alternatively. You can buy a card of 24x27g packets for £10.99. Works out at £2.55 per 150g big bag.

Pork thingys are totally unheard of here. We get the Bacon Fries though, which are ace. Crisps - If you've never had Tayto cheese & onion then you haven't lived. jno will know, as he visits here often. An Irish guy I know in Aberdeen, buys Tayto crisps in bulk in Ireland and sells them in an Irish pub here. We can buy the Tayto crisps produced in the NI in the UK, but not the ones in the South.

Same in London and South East you can find Ulster Tayto in many pubs and supermarkets but never the white and blue packs

ebay UK also has a lot of Scampi Fries sellers. It's just a shame that ebay UK is no longer worth it for 400+ million people living in the EU with all those customs forms, fees, things getting stuck at post offices and/or not making it through. I regularly used to buy off ebay UK but that particular source is no longer, annoying for sellers in the UK and buyers in the EU. ebay Ireland is the winner now.

Exactly, loss of business for all not worth grumbling about.

Roast beef flavoured Monster Munch And talking of roast beef. Roast Beef and Mustard Brannigans were damn good crisps. Probably the best crisps to go with beer, no other beef/ham and mustard crisps ever matched them.

Mini cheddars for me... when I used to frequent my regular watering hole on a Sunday, wicker bowls of mini cheddars and small cubes of a nice strong cheese would tide us over through the live football... then around 5pm, plates of the roast potatoes left over from the Sunday lunches would appear... happy days... unfortunately, like most of the rubber-dubs on the manor, its long closed and been converted into flats...

Had to go with salt & vinegar crisps, although they do make the beer - especially lager o down even more quickly!…
