Excellent actor, vast body of work over the decades, personally my favourite works of his were on the radio featured in many radio productions as well film, theatre and television. RIP

Brought gravitas to so many productions, some arguably unworthy of his talents but that's not really the point - you could always rely on him to put in a good performance whatever he was doing. A true professional. Per ontheslate's comment about his radio work, one of my favourite performances is as Ed Reardon's father who emigrates to Australia to live with a surfer chick at least half his age.
He'd have made a good Dr Who I think.

Another solid, dependable actor. Great in “Time After Time”. Rest In Peace.

A welcome presence in anything he appeared in. Will be sorely missed. I don’t think I saw him put in a bad or unlikeable performance once.
RIP David.

Thought I'd commented on David Warner's passing, but obviously did so elsewhere and not here.
A hugely talented actor who has figured in many films, TV and radio that I'm a fan of, but I'll pick out his role in Time After Time as my favourite. Very sorry we've lost him and my thoughts are with his partner Lisa Bowerman. RIP.
