This London born actor appeared in a wide range of shows & films since the 1950s. Best remembered on here from his Minder appearances notably as Harry Martin in the series 4 episode 'Get Daley'. Other TV show appearances include 'The Sweeney', 'Strangers', 'Out', 'Big Deal', 'Sally Ann' & 'Hetty Wainthropp Investigates'.
Another Minder actor to live into his 90's, he was 93, (it has been mentioned on here that a fair amount of actors/actresses who have appeared on Minder have lived past 90). RIP

Played 3 different parts in 4 Minder appearances I think. Also did 60 episodes of Coronation St. Played Fig Newton, Rumpole's enquiry agent in several episodes of Rumpole. A vast body of work in a large number of very popular TV series. RIP Frank Mills - IMDb (scroll down)

This is sad, he was the one of the few people to appear in ALL guises of Minder.
RIP Frank

That is sad, but I have to admit I thought he had passed on years ago.
RIP Frank

Arthur's barber in series 8/9 episodes. Love the set up in that barber shop.

Appeared in Sweeney as mentioned and also acted alongside John Thaw in an episode of 'Mitch'.
Sad to hear of another familiar 60s, 70s tv face gone.
RIP.

I only watched "Get Daley" a couple of nights ago. As I mentioned on the episode thread this is one of the first episodes I ever saw. His bitter denunciation of Wendy's idiot son is a scene that always stuck my mind, his rage expertly counterbalanced by Gordon Kaye's deadpan endorsement.
His brief appearance as Vic Lee in "Out" is another highlight performance - a man broken by his involvement in crime, but has reached a kind of peace with himself. As he says he doesn't have to go around looking over his shoulder anymore.
Quality actor, often in quiet roles but outstanding nonetheless.
