Robbery/caper movie starring Sean Connery and the movie premiere of Christopher Walken.
Sean Connery's character John 'Duke' Anderson a burglar, is released after 10 years in jail. After getting back together with his old girlfriend Duke decides to rob the entire luxurious New York apartment block in which she lives.
What he doesn't realise is he has been released into the newer world of police surveillance cameras.
At time of writing this is doing the rounds on UK channel 'Talking Pictures TV'. I quite enjoyed this film - Connery for me, proving he can do a good turn outside of James Bond.
7/10 - there is a lot build up in this film for me, I am not quite sure it delivers. It has a very nice 70s TV movie style too, there are plenty of shooters and mob types about which makes it a good watch. Was I slightly disappointed with the way it turns out? Yes, but no spoilers here.

Daley & McCann are, as good as, holding hands, on the exercise yard, in the scrubs.
Not long finished watching and have to say that I enjoyed this a lot, but boy was the ending poor, almost comical at times. Some great location filming from early 70s New York, nice and gritty and should rank alongside other films from this time, but sadly let down with a poorly thought out ending.
Love the old dear who was loving getting robbed and a special mention to the guy working at the police station computer for the worst hairstyle in film ever.
