More sad news today that the lovely Liz Fraser has died. She was great in productions such as The Avengers, Hancock’s Half Hour, The Professionals, Randall & Hopkirk, Jason King and the Carry On films.
RIP.

Very sad news. She played Mrs.Pike in the Dads Army film and I always thought it a pity that she didn't have the role in the series.
Avery fine looking lady in her day,
RIP.

As said by everyone else, very sad news. One of those great old school actors who brought a touch of class to everything she appeared in and she appeared in a lot.

Liz Fraser put in the most fantastic flirtatious performance with Martin Shaw in the 1979 episode of 'The Professionals' called 'Backtrack'... liz fraser & martin shaw
...with such faultless comedy timing. "Oooh, I could 'elp you, lover!"

Liz was quite a looker in the day. She's excellent in The Avengers Girl From Auntie and I watched her last night in Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased) 'It's Supposed To Be Thicker Than Water'

I think I remember first seeing her in one of the "Confessions..." films as a young lad and fell in love with her then. She also appeared in Last of the Summer Wine as an old Compo flame, after Bill Owen passed away... rest in peace Liz

Such a versatile actress who's been brilliant in everything I've seen her in. Was her death mentioned on TV news? if not it should have been. If it's OK to do so I'm going to re-post what I said in my review on here about her performance in The Professionals episode 'Backtrack' in 2015. "Of course Liz Fraser must be mentioned and highly praised for her role as Marge she’s able to deliver the lines in a way that makes you smile and feel somewhat enchanted by her character, she is able to make the script which when on paper probably appeared somewhat downbeat in parts lighter and amusing “my third husband was a ponce pretty but a ponce he wanted me to go out on the streets and tart for him” hard to deliver a line like that in a positive funny way but Liz manages it."
