Sadly, Servalan has fought her last battle. She also appeared in Man In A Suitcase (twice), Doctor Who and The Avengers amongst others. Hopefully they’ll show a repeat of Blake’s 7.
RIP.

I've always liked her in everything she was in as well as Blake's 7. Another part of my childhood gone. RIP Jacqueline

Really sad news. Brilliantly camp as Servalan. Very good in MIAS.
She is also well known for her roles in two Hammer Films that were shot back to back in 1965: 'Plague of the Zombies' and 'The Reptile'.
RIP

She was great in Blake's 7. She perfectly managed to be over the top and a credible villain at the same time. Since I'm in the US I first saw her n Blake's 7 and Doctor Who, and then later thanks to DVDs in shows like Man In A Suitcase. My exposure her to her may be limited but I never saw her give a bad performance. Rest In Peace.

RIP Jacqueline Pearce. Another member of the Blake’s 7 cast sadly departed. She really was a sexy villain on the show. Talking about Blake’s 7 I recently read that Paul Darrow who played Avon had both his legs amputated in 2015 after an illness and is now in a wheelchair.

An iconic villain I'd say in her role as Servalan. I saw her on some celebrity Pointless episode most recently. She was quite amusing on that.
She played another good role as the baddie Miss Vole/Miss Raven in the spooky 80s kids tv series Moondial.
RIP JP

Sorry to hear this.
I met her a few years ago and she signed a Blake's 7 DVD for me.
Servalan was one of the best sci-fi villains (big screen or small) of all time. And Jacqueline played her to perfection.

Sad news and a dearly departed boyhood crush. I used to follow her blog some years ago where she would write fantastically detailed posts of her visits to Africa and of life in general
RIP Dear Lady

This from several years ago, when I had the great pleasure of meeting Jacqueline in Derby. I shall be watching an episode tonight.

Sad news and a dearly departed boyhood crush. Same for me too... and so sad to hear that she's been teleported from the Liberator for the very last time... RIP Servalan, RIP Jacqueline

Always seemed like a woman who enjoyed life. Much underrated as an actress I suspect. I liked her in that episode of Special Branch where she played a leftie terrorist sympathiser - "Catherine the Great" I think it was.

She was extremely sexy in her early episodes of Blakes 7 as Servalan but later on with her head shaved nearly to the bone she was just there I thought! Great in her role and her Hammer films though! RIP JB
