Adam Smith, was a Drama series, set in a fictional Scottish Village, and featured Andrew Keir, in the title role, of a Church Minister, struggling to rediscover new meaning in life, following the death of his wife, there were two series of Adam Smith, shown on ITV, from 1972-1973
Also appearing in Adam Smith, were Kara Wilson and Brigit Forsyth, who played Adam's daughters - Helen and Annie, Tom Conti (Dr Andrew Calvi) and in her final TV role, Janet Munro (Elizabeth Crichton).

I bought (in 2013) series 1, of Adam Smith, from Network, I had never seen the series, before, and didn't know what to expect, but I did enjoy watching the series, I was very impressed with Andrew Keir (the reason I bought the series), in the role of Adam Smith, and also liked Kara Wilson and Brigit Forsyth, in the roles of his two daughters.
