Too heavy for me Chris.
But nonetheless, RIP to a competent drummer.

Nick Menza's debut with Megadeth was a cover of Alice Cooper's "No More Mr Nice Guy"

Wow this is sad and hadn't seen this thread until just now. RIP. Admittedly Megadeth are heavy but I have to say, nothing can inspire me more in terms of energy than listening to Megadeth playing 'Hanger 18'. For me, this is an absolutely killer track and one that has totally inspired me to play guitar faster and better. Megadeth totally give 250% energy at all their gigs, legless or stoned or whatever. Hangar 18 - there are various versions out there and during quiet periods in the office I have been know to listen to this tune live, around and around. Megadeth's 'In My Darkest Hour' and 'Hangar 18' are without doubt, two of my favourite songs ever in this metal/thrash genre. Despite the fact they are too heavy for some, musically Dave Mustaine, Marty Friedman, Nick Menza and David Ellefson totally hit the Zeitgeist for six during the 'Rust In Peace' period for me. Love it - possibly the ultimate heavy metal song for me:

Without sounding crass, a real Spinal Tap drummer moment. Didn't REMs drummer have a brain haemorrhage on stage?
