Fair play, ITV hasn't produced a decent show for years but this comedy drama I really really enjoyed. All set in Stockport it's all about four former school pals, some likeable, some not so likeable and how they have a great night out.
Some of them get agg from their Mrs, some of them will never find a Mrs, they're all footie fans who like the pub and this is good honest bloke humour. In typical ITV style though, as soon as there is a show on I like, it gets pulled after just six episodes. What a shame, some parts were hilarious.
Ok, it's not Minder, but if you like the humour in Minder, I would definitely recommend checking this out.

Daley & McCann are, as good as, holding hands, on the exercise yard, in the scrubs.
I recognise those chaps on the right as being Jez Quigley from Coronation Street (Lee Boardman) and the one on the far right was in Brookside years back as Frank's son. I've heard of this. Out of interest, Lee Boardman was in another series called Making Waves which was set aboard a cruise liner but it was pulled after a few episodes in 2004.
"What was I thinking of, hitting him? Nothing. No, I know. I hate him! I hate his guts, I hate everything he stands for with his PACE and his plus and his statements of purpose and his smiling at the punters and his have a nice day! I mean when was the last time he ever nicked anybody, eh? A real villain! When was the last time he ever put himself on the line?"
