Starring our very own Dennis - has anyone got one of these on DVD yet ?
I understand there were a bad bunch of these shipped out from the DVD manufacturers Network - the disk labels were wrong and there was a sound problem - on www.zetaminor.com I saw a post listing a phone number you can call if you own a bad copy.
The "extras" piece on the Belle Tout lighthouse is particularly interesting, especially when you look at what happened to it around 5 or 6 years ago! (Worth doing a little Google hunt on this to find out if it fell into the sea or not!)

Daley & McCann are, as good as, holding hands, on the exercise yard, in the scrubs.
They look like "Bono's sunglasses" in that episode of Alan Partridge. Old Dennis had rather a penchant for dodgy bins for some unfathomable reason. If I may draw the court's attention to Exhibit B your honour:
Below is a Press Photograph (which I obtained on eBay).

The Life and Loves of a She-Devil - New BBC-2 Serial
Dennis Waterman, Patricia Hodge and Julie T. Wallace are the stars of 'The Life and Loves of a She-Devil', a major four-part dramatisation of Fay Weldon's tale of love and revenge, which begins on BBC-2, Wednesday, October 8th.
The poignant, sometimes witty story focuses on Ruth (Julie T. Wallace), suburban housewife who definitely hasn't been endowed with nature's gifts. She is six foot two inches, weighs fifteen stones and has a couple of hairy moles on her very strong jaw! Small wonder then her accountant husband Bobbo (Dennis Waterman) falls in love with a new client - romantic novelist Mary Fisher (Patricia Hodge). Mary embodies all the attributes of femininity - she is dainty, beautiful and sexy and lives in an idyllic tower by the sea, the perfect setting for her pursuit of love and beauty.
The affair deepens until one night Bobbo walks out. Before he does he accuses Ruth of being a "bad mother, and even a worse wife and a dreadful cook, and that in fact he doesn't think she's a woman at all. She's a demon. A 'She Devil'." Ruth looks at her reflection in the mirror. She thinks to herself. "He says I am a She Devil..... So be it". Her eyes start to glitter and gleam in a strange way. Bobbo goes to live with Mary Fisher. He loves Mary Fisher. They live off smoked salmon and champagne.
Meanwhile, the She Devil plans her revenge..............
