Some great action and gritty interrogation scenes in this. I liked the part with the late Paul Antrim in a role quite similar to what he played in Gangsters and Sweeney episode Nightmare. Dagmar from Auf Wiedersehn Pet played the terrorist leader's lover and the scene where Doyle tried to save Bodie was intense.
"What was I thinking of, hitting him? Nothing. No, I know. I hate him! I hate his guts, I hate everything he stands for with his PACE and his plus and his statements of purpose and his smiling at the punters and his have a nice day! I mean when was the last time he ever nicked anybody, eh? A real villain! When was the last time he ever put himself on the line?"
Watched this tonight, a great episode in my opinion. Not only was Dagmar from Auf pet in this, but also the guy who played the barman was in it too, briefly
I like the way it ended, it was the first time I had saw this in around 10 years and couldn't remember how it finished, pretty good.
Loved the scene where Cowley and Bodie were speaking about the popular misconception that Scots folk are tight! Also Bodie having to pay a fine on the library books Cowley gave him was a nice scene also.
Watching the series on Blu-Ray in production order I'm starting to feel spoiled. This is the fourth very good episode in a row. I've only seen most episodes two or three time and didn't remember this is the one with Bodie wired up to explode at the end. Nice to see Cowley get in on the action during the climax.
